(Murfreesboro, TN) Dr. Trey Duke, Director of Murfreesboro City Schools (MCS), is proud to announce the appointment of Ranesa Shipman as Principal for Scales Elementary School. Shipman will replace Maria Johnson who is transitioning to an administrative position at MCS.
