Attorney Leander Dolphin, who began working with Hartford law firm Shipman & Goodwin in 2004 and was named co-managing partner in 2021, has been promoted to the role of managing partner, effective Jan. 1.
In addition, Dolphin and Kent Nevins, who will continue to serve as the chair of the firm’s management committee, will comprise Shipman & Goodwin’s leadership team. Also, the firm announced Monday that the management committee has added three partners: Stephen Gellman, Eric Goldstein and Marie Pollio will join returning members Andrew Davis and Karen Staib.
