UPDATE: Kenneth Phelps found safe in South Carolina

The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Kenneth Phelps, who was last seen March 1 in the East Flat Rock area.
Phelps, 49, has gray hair and brown eyes, is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds.
He is known to drive a burgundy Honda Accord with NC license plate TER-9577.
Phelps has multiple tattoos and was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, black/white shoes and a camouflage ball cap.
He has several medical conditions and is believed to be without his medication.
