Sheriff: Kansas mother arrested, father sought after infant's fentanyl overdose

Deputies and EMS responded at around 3 p.m. Tuesday to the 6000 block of East Skyline Drive in Garden City. An infant was reportedly choking, unresponsive and not breathing.
