Shepherdstown and Charles Town Rotary clubs donate school supplies for needy children

SHEPHERDSTOWN — As the new school year begins, the Shepherdstown and Charles Town Rotary clubs have provided 150 needy Jefferson County elementary school children with backpacks filled with school supplies.
