Just down the street in nearby Shelbyville, a man was found shot to death in his own yard. Evidently, 52-year-old Thoutha Peter Souphom was shot and killed while on his riding lawnmower in the 3300 block of Sims Road.The shooting happened this past Sunday evening. Family members say they found Souphom around 11:00 at night.Authorities report that Souphom was found dead on his lawnmower.
