Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Feb 16: Commissioner Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Sheetal Nanda today flagged off group of students from across Jammu and Kashmir for a ten-day ‘Watan Ko Jano’ tour, a youth exchange programme.
