Shaw: Burgum's endorsement of Trump, Rios and other thoughts

Let me get this straight. North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum said he won’t do business with Donald Trump, but endorsed him to be president of the United States. Now, Doug loves Trump, Trump loves Doug, and nothing else matters, especially honesty, integrity and character.
