Season eight of ITV's detective drama Endeavour has started filming in Oxford.
First look images from the set were revealed on Tuesday, showing Shaun Evans as he transformed into DS Morse for the day's shoot.
The actor, 41, looked sombre as he got into character for a scene that saw him cross his arms and wore a grim expression.
