Shasta County working on plans to distribute newly received Johnson & Johnson vaccine
Shasta County Public Health has now received 1,400 doses of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, now they are planning how to distribute it.

REDDING, Calif. - Shasta County Public Health has now received its doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
This week, the county received about 1400 doses, making it the third COVID-19 vaccine option for the county.
Public Health is still working out how it will distribute that vaccine. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is a one-shot vaccine and doesn't have strict storage requirements.
