Delhi customs said Shashi Tharoor's PA, Shiv Kumar Prasad, was intercepted and a heavy gold chain weighing 500 grams valued totally at Rs 35.22 lakhs was recovered from him which was handed over to him by a passenger inside the arrival hall of IGI airport
