Sharif Rahman, restaurant owner beaten in Owen Sound over unpaid dining bill, dies in London hospital

The 44-year-old restaurant owner who was brutally beaten in Owen Sound, Ont., during a dispute earlier this month over an unpaid dining bill has died in a London, Ont., hospital.
