Shaquille O'Neal has always been a team player, both on and off the court. Since launching his eponymous foundation to support underserved youth in 2019, O'Neal, who played for six teams during his 19-year career in the NBA, has sought to recruit an all-star roster.
âThe greatest leaders are the ones smart enough to hire people smarter,â says OâNeal. âWe'll put our resources togetherâand we're definitely going to make a difference.â
Just this month, he welcomed business leaders including Jamie Siminoff, founder and CEO of Ring, Jeanie Buss, owner and president of the LA Lakers, and Elicia Azali, chief revenue officer of The General to the Shaquille OâNeal Foundationâs board of directors.
