Sexual assault case: City court acquits Kolkata school staffer of POCSO charge after 4 years in jail

The city trial court on Monday acquitted a non-teaching staff member of a school in Kolkata who has spent more than four years in custody under a POCSO charge. He was arrested for sexually abusing a three-year-old in 2017.
