Sex offender to be released, living in Rhinelander

The Rhinelander Police Department is notifying the public that a convicted sex offender will be released into Community Supervision Feb. 22 and living in Rhinelander.

Jason Mullen, 33, was convicted in 2015 of three counts of third degree sexual assault and exposing genitals
