Following a several-week investigation by the Easton police Vice Unit, a 56-year-old city man was arrested early Wednesday morning on a felony drug charge, Lt. Matthew Gerould reports.
Vice and Special Response Unit personnel served a narcotics search warrant just after 6 a.m. at 683 Pearl St. and recovered $1,500 in MDMA -- a mood elevator more popularly known as Ecstasy or Molly -- and $3,000 in cash, Gerould said.
Darren Cromer, who was taken into custody there, was selling a variety of drugs out of the house and controlled buys were made, Gerould said. A vehicle was confiscated from nearby Prospect Street and police will get a search warrant before going through it, Gerould said.
