She will be serving 24 months of probation and will pay $5115 in court costs. 49-year-old Richard Winter of Fairfield admitted in court to violation the terms of his probation. Winter has been sentenced to 24 more months of probation and is ordered to pay $1816 of court costs. 29-Year-Old Charles SE Schepper of Clay City pled guilty to aggravated battery. Schepper will serve a year of probation and pay court costs of $2019. 67-year-old Michael G Deffendoll of Fairfield pled guilty to unlawful possession of meth. Deffendoll will serve 24 months of probation and be ordered to pay court costs of $9772. 30-year-old Rachel Walker of Farifield pled guilty to a charge of battery. She will serve a year of supervised release and will pay $795 in court costs.
