Several delegations of Industrial Associations call on Principal Secretary Industries and Commerce

 
Jammu: Various delegations of different Industrial Associations from Jammu region today called on Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce (I&C) Department, Ranjan Prakash Thakur at Udyog Bhawan here and apprised him about the issues being faced by them.
Vijay Aggarwal, President, Association of Industries-Samba raised the issue of infrastructural bottlenecks like availability of Water and Power within Industrial Estates that are driving down Industrial production. He also brought up current issues in mining and pollution clearances and raised the issue of non-applicability of GST Linked Incentive for existing units undertaking substantial expansion with the Principal Secretary and sought early redressal of the same.
