曾鬧得沸沸揚揚的嘉義林管處轄管玉山八通關杜鵑營地附近，今年5月16日清晨發生森林火災，NCC專委喬建中坦承是登山野營時不小心弄翻爐火所致。南投地檢署檢察官為了釐清真相，徒步上山走了60公里路，花了五天四夜在上山蒐證，於近日完成偵辦，將當時喬建中同行的五人起訴。（記者　陳佳鈴）
