Dec. 19—Garrett DiGiorgio grew up watching UCLA players on the gridiron and earlier this week his dreams of playing college football moved another step closer to becoming reality.
The towering Serrano High School offensive lineman inked his name on a National Letter of Intent surrounded by a small group of friends and family to play football for the Bruins next season.
After garnering attention from various big-name NCAA football programs, the choice to call the Rose Bowl home was a no brainer. DiGiorgio said he can’t wait to step foot on campus.
