SERIES OF CLASHES | 3 NPA rebels killed, 4 gov't troopers hurt in northern Negros encounter

Renewed clashes in northern Negros result in 3 NPA rebels killed and 4 gov't troopers injured. The skirmishes, involving remnants of the dismantled NNF and the 79th IB, lasted from Wednesday morning to Thursday. Troops recovered various weapons and mobile phones from the site.
