Serbia to Try Yugoslav Officer for Attack on Croatian Village

Dusan Loncar, former commander of the Yugoslav People’s Army’s Second Guards Brigade, will go on trial in Serbia next year for an attack on the Croatian village of Lovas in 1991 that left dozens of civilians dead.
