NEW DELHI: Domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, were trading in the green on Friday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of PNB Gilts ( 18.81 per cent) ,
Bajaj Electricals ( 18.61 per cent) , Bhartiya International ( 18.53 per cent) , Binny ( 18.53 per cent) , Ind Bank Housing ( 18.06 per cent) ,
TCFC Finance ( 16.95 per cent) , Shree Rama Multi-Tech ( 14.36 per cent) , Chandra Bhagat Pharma ( 11.96 per cent) , Texmo Pipe ( 11.74 per cent) and Ganges Securities ( 11.61 per cent) rallied over 10 per cent.
The 30-share Sensex was trading 261.16 points up at 50875.45, while the 50-share Nifty index was 67.15 points up at 14962.8.
In the Nifty 50 index, 23 stocks were trading in the green, while 27 stocks were in the red.
