He sued 2GB, Nine Digital, Fox Sports Australia, The Daily Telegraph and KISSFM
The outlets published allegations he threatened a young colleague in 2018/19
Massoud allegedly threatened to rip his head off and defecate down his throat
Judge Judith Gibson found the news outlets imputations to be substantially true
