Senate to take up compromise bill on embalming requirements – New Hampshire Bulletin

An attempt to do away with the state law on embalming in order to promote consumer choice and natural burials fell apart this month in a Senate committee, which instead proposed language to preserve the statute by replacing it with new compromise language.
