Senate committee advances bill aimed at removing harmful surgical smoke plumes from ERs

BATON ROUGE, La. – The Senate Committee on Health and Welfare advanced a bill Tuesday to require Louisiana operating rooms to have equipment to remove harmful surgical smoke plumes.
