Sen. Rand Paul becomes latest lawmaker opposing TikTok ban

Sen. Rand Paul came out in opposition to a bipartisan effort to ban TikTok, condemning Republicans and Democrats for a move he said could chill First Amendment-protected speech. Paul objected to a bill from Sen. Josh Hawley that would ban the app outright.
