Sen. Markey calls for release of political prisoners in Cambodia

LOWELL — The imprisonment of political prisoners in Cambodia, including Cambodian-American citizen and lawyer Theary Seng, was the subject of a letter sent by Sen. Ed Markey to Secretary of State Antony Blinken earlier this month.
