Sen. Cruz Introduces Constitutional Amendment To Cement Supreme Court At Nine Justices

U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) today reintroduced his proposed constitutional amendment that would ensure only nine justices could serve on the U.S. Supreme Court at a time.
