Semi rollover in Winona County sends driver to hospital

Randall Sheppard, 62, ofo Zaleski, Ohio, was driving a 2016 Freightliner Tractor eastbound on Interstate 90 at 9:57 a.m. and was attempting to exit to the Enterprise Rest Area when it left the ramp and entered the ditch, causing it to roll, according to a Minnesota State Patrol report.
