Pain&Gain has chronicled—and celebrated—her 65-pound weight loss journey for the past year and a half. But in her latest Instagram post, in which she strikes a somber pose in front of a moody sunset, she appears to reveal some heartbreaking news.
"I got some bad news today and didn't have anyone to share it with…but I guess I gotta tell someone," the actress wrote. "To all the women out there struggling with fertility, I feel ya."
