SecureCom taps NEC NZ for nationwide customer support and maintenance
NEC's nationwide engineering to support SecureCom's managed IT, network, cloud and security services customers
SecureCom has inked a nationwide, 24-hour, seven-day support partnership with NEC NZ to service SecureCom customers.
Auckland-based and NZ-owned SecureCom provides managed IT, network, cloud and security services variously to customers including Port Taranaki, Geneva Healthcare and Liquorland.
The agreement, which represents an entirely new arrangement between the two companies, will enable SecureCom to access NEC NZ’s skilled field engineers to deliver ICT installation and support and maintenance services across the country.
