Second suspect turns himself in after home invasion and attempted murder in Shaftsbury

A New Jersey man wanted on a Vermont arrest warrant for an attempted murder in Shaftsbury last October turned himself in to authorities Friday, several months after his alleged accomplice was arrested for the same incident.
