KNOX TOWNSHIP — A Sebring man was charged with his sixth OVI over the weekend. According to the highway patrol, Brian G. McCullough, 55, was stopped for speeding on U.S. 62 in Knox Township at 9:53 p.m Saturday. McCullough was put through field sobriety tests and arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence. McCullough submitted to a breath test with the result of a .222 blood alcohol content, nearly three times the legal limit. McCullough was charged with felony-3 OVI, speeding and a seatbelt violation and taken to the county jail. This is his second felony OVI. If convicted, McCullough faces up to five years in prison.
