Seattle to pay millions to settle lawsuit over damages from George Floyd-inspired 'autonomous zone' protests

Seattle agreed to a $3.65 million settlement with residents and business owners over the city's handling of a so-called autonomous zone known as CHOP during the 2020 riots.
