Fifteen years after selling it to JPMorgan Chase, Shorenstein Properties has again purchased the historic office building at 2601 Elliott Ave., this time for almost $184.9 million, according to King County records. The deal also included the structured parking garage that's east across the street. Zulily is the main tenant.
