Search underway for missing West Des Moines man

(West Des Moines, IA) -- Police have found a West Des Moines man who disappeared after being last seen near his broken down vehicle Tuesday morning.
Around 6:15 p.m. Tuesday night, West Des Moines Police were alerted to a man along the bank of the Raccoon River, later identified as 59-year old Rodney Cheney.
He was taking to a local hospital with what police are calling "non-life threatening injuries".
