Seagate making progress on Beacon Model at Hill Tide Estates

Seagate Development Group announced that construction on the Beacon model at Hill Tide Estates is progressing as planned. Crews have completed the ribbon beam forms and steel as well as inspected and poured the ribbon beams. They have also started the block layout. The furnished Beacon is expected to be complete in Summer 2022. Hill Tide Estates is a 19-homesite community on Boca Grande with panoramic views of Boca Grande Pass, Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico as well as a rich history of Gasparilla Island. There, Seagate’s furnished Bal Harbour model is under contract and under construction, while Seagate’s furnished Cape Romano model is under contract and breaking ground soon. Seagate’s furnished Sunny Isles model home is also coming soon. Theory Design is creating the interiors and R.G. Designs is featuring architectural design for all four model homes. The last homesite at Hill Tide Estates is pending.
