Two persons were injured during a scuffle with cops at a Kali Puja procession in Dibrugarh. The incident occurred during the immersion of idols in the Brahmaputra river. The injured individuals have been identified as Bicky Singh and Tinku Phukan, residents of Dibrugarh. They were taken to a hospital for treatment.
