Scrapped education reform bill looms large over trustee elections, Winnipeg candidates say

In the first elections since the province scrapped its proposed education reform Bill 64, candidates in Winnipeg's school division say it continues to have an impact and could be driving more people to put their names forward for seats on school boards across Manitoba.
