Scott's Addition food hall to be 'full-speed ahead' despite contractor dispute, owner says

EAT Restaurant Partners President Chris Tsui said a pending lawsuit has “no effect on the forward progress of the food hall,” and that they’re looking to award construction contracts in the next few weeks.
