Schools in the area are appealing for electronic equipment to help with their children's learning during this latest lockdown.
Several schools in Cumbria have put out appeals for items for their children including laptops, desktops or tablets.
These can then be wiped clean and reused.
Yvonne Craig, headteacher of Ewanrigg Junior School, in Maryport, put out an appeal on Facebook for electronic equipment.
She said: "If anyone has an unneeded laptop or tablet that can be donated to our school, we would be very grateful to receive it.
"We can then have it wiped and then it can be used to support our children's learning at home.
