Hopefully, Fort Collins drivers noticed something big had been missing for nearly the past year. What's that?
Students.
Namely, 10,000 Poudre School District elementary students having largely been missing from school zones and crosswalks since March until recently due to COVID-19 concerns resulting in remote learning.
