AS NEW COVID CASES RISE A SCHOOL AND DAYCARE IN FORT DODGE HAVE CLOSED. COMMUNITY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL SAYS SOME STAFF MEMBERS HAVE TESTED POSITIVE. COUNMMITY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL TELLS US TWO STAFF MEMBERS JUST TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 AFTER SOME STAFF AND KIDS REPORTED FLU-LIKE SYMPTO.MS THE WEBSTER COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT SAYS IT STARTED SEEING ME ORCASES IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS. >> WE HAVE SEEN THESE SIMILAR NUMBERS BACK IN LATER WINTER, EARLY SPRING, BUT WE DID GET A BREAK FROM THIS AS SUMMER STARTED, AND NOW WE’ KREIND OF UNFORTUNATELY GOING BACK TO HAVING A FEW MORE CASES. ANDREW: THE SCHOOL HAD ALREADY TAKEN ITS OWN SAFETY MEASURES ON MASKING BEYOND WHAT PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN THE STATE ARE ALLOWED TO MANDATE.
