IT WAS AT NEARLY 11% THIS TIME LAST WEE TWO BILLS WORKING THEIR WAY THROUGH THE INDIANA GENERAL ASSEMBLY WOULD MAKE SURE SCHOOLS STAY FULLY FUNDED EVEN AS FAMILIES CHOOSE ONLINE LEARNING. NORMALLY, DISTRICTS ONLY RECEIVE 85% OF MONEY FROM THE STATE FO EACH STUDENT THAT LEARNS VIRTUALLY. THE BILLS WOULD MAKE SURE SCHOOLS GET THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR EACH STUDENT NO MATT HOW THEY LEARN. NOW, SOME ARE PUSHING FOR THAT CHANGE TO BE PERMA
