School boards group backs out of teacher exchange program amid ex-North Dakota lawmaker's charges

A North Dakota school boards group has returned $142,000 to the state and ended its role with a teacher exchange program after charges last fall against a former North Dakota lawmaker accused of traveling to Europe with the intent of paying for sex with a minor.
