Scarves, balaclavas or neck gaiters are no substitute for masks on school buses, Chuck Seguin, executive director of the Nipissing Parry Sound Student Transportation, said in a news release Friday.
This comes as students head back to school Monday for in-class learning.

“Elementary students and secondary students in the seven Northern Ontario public health unit regions will proceed with returning to in-person learning Monday,” Seguin said. “This includes Nipissing-Parry Sound Districts.
