SC refuses to entertain plea for re-polling in Bihar's Munger

The Supreme Court on Friday refused to entertain a plea seeking directions to the Election Commission of India for re-polling at Munger parliamentary constituency, Bihar, where allegedly booth capturing had happened with the connivance of the local administration.
