Uniindia: New Delhi, June 20 (UNI) The Supreme Court on Monday refused to permit two former Ministers in the Maharashtra Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government - Anil Deshmukh and Nawab Malik, both in jail for various alleged offences, to go out of jail and cast their votes in the Maharashtra Legislative Council Elections, held at the Legislature Complex here.
