SC: Not Against Withdrawal of Malicious Cases but Govt Must Seek Prior HCs Approval

The apex court is hearing a PIL, seeking life ban on convicted lawmakers for heinous crimes and speedy disposal of cases against them. SC asked the Union government to provide necessary manpower and infrastructure for speedy disposal of cases.
